Q: How will I receive my photos?
A: All orders are shipped directly to you via Canada Post. Orders are shipped in a protective carton to shield your photos from damage.
Q: Why doesn’t Kim Harris Photography print the photos at the event?
A: There are several reasons for this. Most important is because Kim wants to provide the best possible product for her customers. As gymnastics parents you know how poor the lighting is at most of the events. Rather than print out a mediocre photo at the event, Kim takes the time to post process the images after every event so the images you see on line and in print are of the highest quality possible. Second, printing photos at the event requires expensive equipment that only adds to the cost of the photographs.
Third, We have heard countless stories of how parents have purchased event photos only to find them smashed under backpacks and gym bags after the long ride home. Kim ships the photos to you, ready to frame at your convenience. Finally, most on site printing facilities use poor quality paper that fades after several years. Kim uses VC Digital Paper. Accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh tone reproduction and brighter colors are just a few of the attributes to describe E-Surface paper. With this paper don’t worry about prints fading. The standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage.
Q: Can Kim Harris Photography provide team and individual portraits?
A: Absolutely! Kim will provide portraiture of individual gymnasts as well as team shots. Photos will be taken in a separate room directly after each flight. Please speak to the organizers of the event for the directions to the portrait room.
Q: How do I purchase photos of the event?
A: Kim Harris and Victoria Coy will be adding all the images from the event to an online gallery.
Please Browse the gallery for photos you want to purchase. Select print size and quantity, and then check out. Payments will be sent through Kim Personally via Email Transfer, or Credit Card. If you have questions regarding a specialty item such as Posters or just have questions in general you can Email Kim using the contact form on our website under the Menu tab or give us a call directly at 506-352-0797.
We will be doing our best to get the images taken each day up that same evening but remember we can not guarantee this. Please allow 2-3 days for posting of the photos. If you would like to be notified when the photos are posted just send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
Q: How long do I have to place my order?
A: We encourage customers to place their orders with in 14 days of the competition.
The gallery will remain visible for 30 days.
