Walk-ins are always welcome during regular business hours whenever we're available. If we're photographing another client, there may be a short wait, so booking ahead is recommended
Firearms ID Photo Guidelines
To ensure your photos meet official requirements:
- Maintain a neutral facial expression with open eyes and a closed mouth (no smiling or frowning).
- Photos must reflect your current appearance and be taken within the past 12 months.
- Your face and shoulders should be centered and squared to the camera.
- The background must be plain white or light-colored.
- Photos must be in portrait orientation and feature only you.
Passport ID Photo Guidelines
- Maintain a neutral expression with your eyes open and clearly visible.
- Look straight at the camera with a closed mouth (no smiling or frowning).
- Photos must reflect your current appearance and be taken within the last 6 months.
Permanent Residence ID Photo Guidelines
To meet identity verification and fraud prevention standards, follow these recommendations:
- Maintain a neutral expression with open eyes and a closed mouth (no smiling).
- Photos must be taken straight on, showing a full front view of your head and shoulders.
- Ensure your face and shoulders are centered and squared to the camera.
- Your face should be centered in the middle of the photograph.
